For those who would like to have updates on this story...

Hey you guys,

Thank you so much for all those who have visited and are still visiting this page. Please spread the word around as much as possible. I'm writing this so that I can apologize to all those who would like to have some more recent updates on this story and Mr. Rosby.
For all of you who would like to know more, please follow the links from this blog to Mr. Rosby's "Facebook" page. You will find all the relevant information on his page, as well as numerous other links to his amazing "Team Max", all the events they've been attending and creating and the tremendous work that has been done since Max was so unjustly executed.
In all honesty (as selfish as it might sound), I can't update this blog on a daily basis simply because it's too painful for me. I still cry when I get notified that someone left a comment on my "YouTube" channel because I have to see the thumbnail of the video. And I still have Max's picture on my refrigerator; I "tell" him "good morning" and "good night" every single day. Max will forever be in my heart.
I created this blog to give life to Max's story. I truly hope that all those who are touched by this story will find ways to find out the details of the more recent events.
So I hope you guys will forgive me for not coming back here on a more regular basis. I will do my best to answer comments, but if you absolutely want to make sure that I will get back to you, please use the "GPlus" link on this blog to contact me directly. That way, I will most definitely be in touch with you.

Here is the direct link to Mr. Rosby's "Facebook" page (in case you missed it): Mr. Leon Rosby.

Again, thank you so much to all of you for reading my blog and for caring enough to spread the word or to post a comment...

Thank you!

Hawthorne Police Kill Dog

For those who don't know what happened to Max, this is the YouTube video, which has been viewed over 4,500,000 times in the last few days...

Please share this video and sign the petition for Max at change.org...

Justice has to be done for Max, and together we can make a difference...
Max was a beautiful dog, who never harmed a soul... His life was taken for granted and treated as insignificant and meaningless...

There is a debate going on all over the internet over who was right and who was wrong, and who caused this situation to happen...
But please, keep in mind that no matter who provoked the situation, it should have been dealt with in a different manner, and different measures should have been taken in order to tame Max...
Even if this "officer" (Jeffrey Salmon) judged Max as a threat he could and should have approached him with a taiser or pepper spray, and not a gun... Max reacted - he was not a life threat, and even so only when he was provoked to do so, after having obeyed his owner (Mr. Leon Rosby) to stand back...

Mr. Leon suffered a terrible loss... His friend and life companion has been unjustly executed in front of him... So lets show what Max's life is worth, and let his voice be heard!  Let Max be our voice, so that we make a change in this world and make sure that this will never happen again!

And if you are willing to take a moment, please read up on Jeffery Salmon's prior history, and you will understand why this video is so important and why he should not be wearing that uniform... Is this who we want to be "served and protected" by???

Hawthorne Police Department Pays $1,000,000 To Settle Police Brutality & Corruption Lawsuit

The Hawthorne Police Department paid One Million Dollars to a Settle Lawsuit in which it was alleged a man was kicked in the face while handcuffed and then falsely prosecuted along with his wife to cover up the brutality. Evidence the plaintiffs were prepared to present at trial included a photograph of an officer appearing to kick the handcuffed plaintiff in the face and a surveillance video allegedly depicting officers high-fiving each other as the injured plaintiff suffered from a broken jaw.
